Starting a new role is a big step. Alongside learning about a new company, colleagues, and customers, you need the right support to build your confidence and develop the skills to succeed.
At Creditsafe, we believe in investing in our people and that learning should feel relevant to the people receiving it. That means creating a consistent, high-quality experience while recognising that every country, language and market are different.
In France, Saïd Ghoul is helping us put that belief into practice!
Saïd has successfully completed the Creditsafe Academy Train the Trainer programme. He is now certified to deliver our foundational sales programme to new colleagues in France.
The programme helps our salespeople understand how to move beyond simply selling a product. Instead, they deepen their abilities in selling by a partnership focused approach that focuses on building solutions around challenges and cultivating trust, which is actually the foundation of our business!
Becoming a certified trainer was an opportunity for Saïd to strengthen his own capabilities and prepare to share his knowledge with others.
“I am very honoured to receive this certification and to contribute to the development of the Trusted Partner programme within our commercial teams,” Saïd remarks.
“I have learned a great deal throughout this journey, and I will put all my energy into sharing this mindset and these best practices while maintaining the same high standards.”
Saïd’s achievement means that new sales colleagues in France can now receive their foundational Academy training locally and in their own language.
That local understanding matters. Saïd knows the French market, the team and the realities our colleagues experience in their day-to-day roles. He can give participants practical support and place their learning within a context that feels familiar and relevant.
At the same time, the programme follows shared Creditsafe standards. Wherever someone begins their career with us, we want them to have strong foundations and a clear understanding of how we support our customers.
Saïd’s story also reflects something important about career development at Creditsafe. Growth is not always about moving into a completely different position. It can also mean developing new strengths and skills that enable you to express your potential and tackle the changing challenges of your work, and often helping others to do the same!
By becoming a certified trainer, Saïd is helping to build skills across the wider team. Every colleague he supports can take what they learn and use it to create better conversations and stronger relationships with our customers. This creates a positive cycle. When we invest in one person’s development, that person can go on to support many others.
As Creditsafe continues to grow, we want learning to remain accessible, relevant and closely connected to our teams.
Developing colleagues like Saïd to become trainers and learning champions helps us achieve that. It gives our people the opportunity to share their expertise, contribute beyond their everyday responsibilities, and make a visible difference to someone else’s career journey.
Congratulations to Saïd on becoming a certified Creditsafe Academy trainer and to Emma Germano for enabling this success through her dedication to building our Creditsafe Academy scheme. His achievement is an exciting step for our team in France and a great example of what can happen when people are given the support and opportunity to grow.
